The COMMUNITY HOA governs the ENTIRE community; membership consists of both SFH and Villas; the operation and administration of the Association, the common amenities and the common area properties.  Please refer to ARTICLE V, ADMINISTRATION in the DCCRs (GOVERNING DOCUMENTS page) for a detailed description of the Community HOA duties.  The Community HOA is responsible for, among other things, the maintenance of the Common Areas within the community; i.e., pool/cabana, parking lot, storm water retention pond, walking paths, entrance monument, Hepperman Rd fence, annual assessments, etc.

The VILLAS HOA governs ONLY the Villas in terms of the monthly maintenance assessments and the items which that covers; i.e., individual yards, irrigation, exterior repair and maintenance, snow/ice removal, etc.  If you have a question, comment, SERVICE REQUEST or CONCERN regarding ONLY the Villas, please email their Board at [email protected]
